    Hands on approach to work out the ‘kinks, aches, and muscle tightness’ in your body to free you up to move and function pain free. Some type of manual therapy will be involved with every visit based on client needs which may include muscle lengthening, active release, cupping therapy, movement with mobilization techniques. Hands on approach helps alleviate pain and prepare you to move pain free
