With a passion for being active, staying healthy and being a part of a prosperous team, Linda joins i.Athlete Physio family as our Office Manager.

At home, Karen is a mother to three, a son and two daughters. She loves to spend time in relationship with people and enjoys playing pickle ball and going on long walks.

Her motto of “stay positive, work hard, and make it happen” is what she lives by and has driven her as an athlete most of her life.  As a runner and coach, she understands the hard and consistent work it takes to perform to a person’s full potential. To her, she knows what comes easy won’t last and what last won’t come easy, as she continues to strive forward with her own goals. As office manager, she is ready to assist clients to succeed, as she loves to encourage and see others experience personal victories.
